This Application will download and use public data from an API using Java. This small project will GET image url and image description from the endpoint, then save image and text to the root folder. I use Windows Tasks to automatically run this JAR daily, and automatically change the desktop background daily from the same folder. The result: I have the NASA daily space photo on my background every morning.
